Conflict of Interest Policy

Historically, partners of The Shidler Group have served on the boards of the public companies they have founded. Our partners are aware that by serving on a public board and also participating in operations of The Shidler Group’s private companies there is the potential for the perception of a conflict of interest.

Each of the public companies in which our partners are currently involved has a separate and distinct mission. These companies have never competed amongst themselves. In addition, The Shidler Group’s privately held entities do not compete with these public companies.

We have ensured that each of the public companies founded by The Shidler Group maintains a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (CBCE) with a clear Conflict of Interest policy. Each company’s CBCE is noted on its website.
