Value-Added Real Estate Case Studies

The implementation of The Shidler Group’s western U.S. operations' value-added strategy has proven very successful.  From the late 1990s until the formation of our western U.S. operations as Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE Amex: PCE) in 2008, we acquired and managed over 7.3 million sq. ft. of property in 42 highly successful small- and large-scale value-added real estate investments.  Representative examples of these value-added strategies and our performance are described in the selected case studies below:
