The Company
Alliance Partners HSP, LLC (“Alliance”) is a real estate investment and operating firm focused on opportunistic acquisitions in major eastern United States markets. Alliance is the east coast operating arm of The Shidler Group, one of the nation’s foremost commercial real estate organizations. The Alliance senior management team combines extensive capital markets and real estate operating experience with the financial resources and expertise of The Shidler Group.

The Principals
With over 30 years of real estate investment experience each, the founding principals of Alliance have founded four publicly traded industrial and office REITs, and served as one of the largest operating partners of the Goldman Sachs/Whitehall Real Estate Funds. In total, they have acquired over 2,000 industrial and office properties valued at over $13 billion.

We Bring …

• Capital – We are closing “all-cash” transactions in 2010. We can buy debt or equity, or provide fresh capital to revitalize the value of “stressed” assets.


• Flexibility – We have the ability to structure transactions for each seller’s unique circumstances. We are not an institutional fund with rigid investment parameters. We can act quickly and do not need approval from a board or investment committee.


• Capability – We can be an investor or owner/operator. We have the operating experience and capability to create, oversee and implement investment strategies.
